Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for your order! I personally take care of your order from the moment it is placed until it is shipped.

Processing Time

Your calendar is printed especially for your order. The usual processing time is 4–6 business days, although it can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods or when the printing facilities are experiencing higher demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking information by email.

Delivery

I currently ship to the countries available to select at checkout.

If your country is not listed, please don’t worry. You can contact me by email or through the live chat, and I will check whether shipping to your country is possible and what the available shipping options and costs would be.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location, shipping method and the courier. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is the best guide for your particular order.

Please keep in mind that these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Packaging

Calendars are shipped in protective packaging designed to help keep them safe during transit.

Packaging may vary slightly depending on the production and shipping location.

Delivery Problems

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or there is any other problem with your shipment, please contact me at helloraci@celebritycalendars.eu or through the live chat.

If your calendar or package arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage so I can properly assess the problem and help you as quickly as possible.

Please include your order number and any other relevant information.

I personally handle these situations and will do my best to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, I may arrange a replacement or refund.

Please contact me before leaving a review about a delivery problem — I am always happy to help and will do my best to make things right. 

Important

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

Providing a phone number is not mandatory, but I highly recommend it. Couriers may use your phone number to contact you about your delivery, and having a valid number can help avoid delivery problems or delays.

Once an order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.
